RETURN POLICY: ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the handmade and unique nature of our craft items, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind. Each piece is handcrafted, and slight variations in color or texture are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.

 

Custom or Personalized Orders:
As permitted under Minnesota Statute 325F.80, all custom-ordered or personalized items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.

 

Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or is fundamentally defective, please contact us at hmongifts@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will provide a replacement or repair at our discretion, as required by law.
