Shipping Policy

H.M.O.N.Gifts Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Responsibility & Costs

  • Customer-Paid Shipping: All shipping and handling costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Rate Calculation: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer [Standard/Express/Overnight] options via [Carriers like USPS/UPS].

  • Minnesota Retail Delivery Fee: For applicable orders delivered within Minnesota, a mandatory $0.50 road improvement and food delivery fee will be applied as required by state law. If passed to the customer, this will be listed as a separate line item on your invoice. 

 

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

  • -Order Processing: Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order before it is handed to the carrier.

  • Estimated Delivery: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 7-10 business days after processing. Note: These are estimates only and not guaranteed delivery dates. 

 

3. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once a shipment reaches your destination country. H.M.O.N.Gifts is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer. 

 

4. Tracking & Missing Packages

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Lost/Damaged Goods: If your package is damaged upon arrival, please contact us at hmongifts@gmail.com within 3-5 days with photos of the damage. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
